Returns & Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases:
If you'd like to return merchandise purchased from our stores, please visit your nearest Stylo branch within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Online Purchases:
For exchange, you can visit any Stylo store with a digital copy of your order.

Refunds:
Refund will only be issued incase an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered. Refund will be provided in the form of a coupon, which can be used on our website for further purchase.

Exchanges:
You can exchange items for the same article in a different size or color.

Cancellations:
Stylo Brand reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability.

Note:
No exchange will be provided for products that are not in the same condition as received or have been used beyond just opening the product.
